One morning, Hiro happens to witness some elementary school kids flipping up Momoka's skirt. Undaunted, Momoka threatens the kids, but the instant her eyes meet Hiro's, she turns beet-red and bolts off.

As if it were deja vu, Hiro witnesses the exact same spectacle the following day. When he tells Kotaka about it, Kotaka enthusiastically declares that he will stake out the scene the next day.

They say that bad things come in threes... But do they?
